Through the latest Minister of Communication and Information Regulation No. 14/2017 all prepaid card users must re-register with their KTP number and outlet ID. In this regulation, those who wish to use prepaid cards already have e-KTP (electronic KTP) and KK (Family Card).

   – For new customers:
   Type: NIK #KKK # send to 4444

2. Visit Indosat Ooredoo outlets
