Realme C3 vs. Realme C2

Realme officially announced that the latest smartphone will be launched on February 19, 2021. This entry-level smartphone is the successor of the Realme C2 which was sold in Indonesia in May 2021. So what is the difference between the two smartphones when viewed from the price and specifications?

In terms of cameras, Realme C2 uses a dual rear camera with a 13MP main camera configuration, and a 2MP secondary camera. The front of the phone is a 5MP selfie camera.

Realme C2 runs the ColorOS 6.0 operating system based on Android Pie 9.0. ColorOS itself is an Android operating system developed by Oppo vendors.

The Realme C2 kitchen part has embedded MediaTek’s chipset, the Helio P22 combined with 2GB and 3GB RAM, then there is 16GB and 32GB of internal memory. Realme has equipped this smartphone with a battery capacity of 4,000 mAh.

When it was first announced in Indonesia, the Realme C2 price was Rp. 1,499,000 for the 2GB / 16GB variant and 1,699,000 for the 3GB / 32GB version.

As Dafunda Tekno quoted from Realme India, Realme C3 carries the Helio G70 chipset with an octa-core processor combined with 4GB / 6GB RAM and 32GB / 64GB ROM. Meanwhile, to expand the storage can reach 256GB.

Now on to the screen, Realme C3 has a 6.5-inch diagonal type LCD with a full screen mini-drop design. The screen resolution itself is 1600 x 720 pixels or HD + with a screen-to-body ratio of 89.8 percent. Not only that, the screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass.

Realme C3 is available in two color choices, namely Blazing Red and Frozen Blue. If in India this cellphone is priced at 6,999 rupees, or the equivalent of Rp. 1.3 million for the 3GB / 32GB variant. Meanwhile, the 4GB / 64GB variant costs 7,9999 rupees or around Rp. 1.5 million.

More Gahar than Indian Version

When viewed from the specifications of the two entry-level smartphones above, it can be concluded that Realme C3 is superior to Realme C2. Because it offers a higher specification.
