Ninja Rages After Knowing the Fortnite Shield Item on Nerf!

Epic Games may have implemented secret changes to Fortnite Chapter 2. But those aren’t what Mixer platform’s popular streamer Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins likes. He seemed annoyed by Epic’s decision to nerf the item shield without prior notification.

The latest update on 12 November made shield items very difficult to find. The ninjas have opened chest after chest that only gave a bunch of unwanted pistols. Without thinking, Ninja concluded that Epic had done something for the item.

Those who have played Fortnite since the beginning of Chapter 2 on October 15th will know that there are sticky notes in every update that has been released. There is an update to the official game board which will let players know at least some of the changes.

But not for shield items. There is no announcement on the board that this item will get an update. Ninja also insisted that there was no advance notification that the spawn rate of the shield had been reduced.

“This game doesn’t want to give me a shield. I hate it. Bro, what is this trash? ” said Ninja before his teammate, Reverse2k claiming to have found a large pot. “The fact is I actually found eight chests and didn’t have a single shiled.”

Was this a deliberate change or not from the developer? Ninja adds:

“Looted chests into chests, into chests, into chests and didn’t get shields. There are only two shield items in the game. ”

Shield is indeed one of the items needed in the game. If a player cannot find a shield in one of the rare chests, it means he has to use another method. Apart from shields, players can also eat mushrooms from the ground which will have the same effect, it’s just that the process is tiring.
