Display Playstation 5 After Officially Launched by Sony
After a long leak circulating in cyberspace, finally Sony officially introduced the Playstation 5 (PS5). As the successor to the PS4, now the PS5 was introduced through an online event a few days ago.
Unlike its predecessor who used a solid black design, now the PS5 looks different with its white and black bandages. And the device can also be erected (vertically or horizontally).
The design of the PS5’s DualSense wireless control also uses the same design. Shown in white and black makes the PS5 look even more futuristic.

When viewed when the horizontal position at the top of the console (white color) is curved and uneven. Likewise with the lower part which already uses a similar design.
While in the middle, you can see that black is used for a number of features on the PS5. Such as air vents, USB-A ports, USB-C ports and others. While the place used to insert the PS5 disc is at the bottom of the black component.
Sony also said that the PS5 will be available in two variants, namely the ‘regular’ version of the PS5 and the ‘Digital Edition’ version of the PS5.

The Japanese company did not provide information about the launch date or the price of all the devices. This includes the PS5 console itself. So you could say the PS5 launch date will be in accordance with the schedule, namely during the 2021 holiday moments or around November to December.
PS5 specifications
Actually, Sony has previously revealed about the PS5 specifications. Where this one game console will use an AMD Zen 2 (octa-core) processor with a speed of 3.5 GHz.
The processor is claimed to be higher than that used by PS4 which still uses AMD Jaguar 1.6 GHz processor. For its own RAM capacity, PS5 is twice as large as PS4, which is 16 GB.
The capabilities of the PS5 graphics have also been enhanced with AMD’s mainstay RDNA 2-based processor. Where the graphics have 36 Compute Units (CU) and a computing power of 10.28 teraflops.
This figure has increased from the PS4’s GPU with 18 CU and a computing power of 1.84 Teraflops.
Talking about the PS5 storage media already relies on Solid State Drive (SSD). With this type of storage media, it certainly has a much higher speed than the Hard Disk Drive (HDD) on the PS4.
In addition, using this type of storage the game loading time is claimed to be faster. The size of the PS5 SSD capacity is 825 GB and this can still be expanded with an additional SSD.
The PS5 also supports higher image resolutions up to 8K, 4K with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and 3D audio.
